Our lovely unique and historic hotel and spa is located at 135 Central Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas.

We are located in the heart of the Downtown Arts and Historic District, it’s very beautiful and stylish here. We have 139 room, and all have private balconies. Back rooms overlook the mountainside, front rooms overlook historic downtown Hot Springs. Let us tell you more about our lovely unique and historic hotel…
We have FREE SECURED WI-FI throughout the hotel and FREE PARKING. Our outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (Tuesday-Sunday 10am-10pm, closed Monday for maintenance, closed for inclement weather).
Our SPA 135, located on the 2nd floor, is one of the few locations in Hot Springs that has the Thermal Mineral “Magic” Waters. Guests can be pampered and soothed by our great bath attendants and massage therapists.
Our large and spacious lobby, which has a lovely old Baby Grand Piano, is a great meet and greet area.
All this is within walking distance of the famous Bathhouse row, lovely boutiques, gift and antique shops, art galleries, pubs, restaurants, and some local attractions; and we are just six (6) walking blocks to the Hot Springs Convention Summit Arena.
Our Guest Room rates vary depending on the season and how many rooms are required if a group. Our room rates are reasonable and seasonal – we also have special hotel and spa packages available.
The meeting room and patio deck is great for Weddings, Hospitality, Parties, Small Meetings, and Receptions.

We are pet friendly and allow pets 15 lbs. or less with a non-refundable fee of $25 per pet, on the third floor only, subject to availability, with a maximum of no more than 2 pets per room. Also the pets(s) must be crated if left in the room unattended.
