hotel_4 Our establishment was originally built by the Wheatley family, who were largely responsible for building up much of the Hot Springs area. Originally designed to incorporate the rustic ambiance that surrounds the hotel, The Springs Hotel and Spa, formerly the Downtown Hotel, offers you the tranquility of untouched wilderness with modern day convenience. We have held true to the Wheatley’s original vision while constantly updating to provide you a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

We have FREE SECURED WIFI throughout the hotel and FREE PARKING behind the hotel. Our outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (Tuesday-Sunday 10am-10pm, closed Monday for maintenance, closed for inclement weather).

Our SPA 135, located on the 2nd floor, is one of the few locations in Hot Springs that has the Thermal Mineral “Magic” Waters. Guests can be pampered and soothed by our great bath attendants and massage therapists.

Our large and spacious lobby, which has a lovely old Baby Grand Piano, is a great meet and greet area.

2 Our Crown Room (1450 square feet) and our Patio (total 3500 square feet) hold 75-200 total people depending on the type of function and time of year. The meeting room is great for Wedding, Hospitality, Parties, Small Meetings, and Receptions.

We do not have a restaurant/bar open at this time. We do have some great caterers that can assist you with any catering functions/events you may require. You may also bring in your own food and beverage at this time if you like.
